Our financial policies have been developed in an effort to remove any misunderstanding that may arise regarding your account. These policies are also designed to enable us to continue providing high quality, state-of-the-art patient care in a cost-effective manner. Insurance Billing
We accept many insurance plans. As a courtesy, we are happy to bill any third-party insurance provider with which we're contracted. Before your visit, please check your insurance provider's network to determine if Orthopedic Spine Associates is a contracted provider. Please bring your insurance card to your initial visit so we can make a copy of it and insurance information for our records.
